Château George 7 Blanc is summer in a bottle. It is 70% Sauvignon Blanc complemented by 30% Semillon giving it a lovely fruitiness and zestiness balanced by a rounded mouthfeel and added depth from fermentation on the lees (the yeast deposits). Just Georgeous!! Don't just take our word for it - check out what the critics have said.
Château George 7 Blanc 2024 has a bright and lively profile - with crisp acidity and citrus fruits along with stone fruits and a superbly long finish. This wine is perfect for aperitif with nibbles - why not a delicious goat's cheese dip? Also, this wine will pair nicely with seafood, a light lunch or even chilling by the pool.

“Waves of gentle citrus alongside bright fresh acidities, with sage and peach pit adding depth through the mid palate. This has grip and lift. There is plenty of potential for great white wines on the limestone soils of Fronsac (bottled as Bordeaux Blanc), and this is an enjoyable example. 50% aged in burgundy barrels, with lees stirring, with the other half fermented in concrete egg, again on the lees.”
