Broaden and deepen your wine knowledge with an informative and fun workshop. All are run by Sally who is an accredited tutor of the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux (Bordeaux Wine School).
In addition to those below, we offer workshops on food and wine pairing principles, cheese & wine pairing or can develop one to fit your interests.
If one of your party does not want to participate in the workshop, then they are welcome to relax on the terrace or in the garden with a coffee or a glass of wine and a good book.

TASTE LIKE A PRO

The Perfect Introduction to Bordeaux and its Wines.
Discover the Bordeaux wine region while learning how to taste in an informative and interactive workshop. Get an understanding of the region as a whole, the differences between various appellations as well as the typical Bordeaux grape varieties, their aromas and flavours. Learn an approach to wine tasting and practice your skills while tasting wines made in different styles, from different vintages and grape varieties.
NOTE: This workshop is adapted to your knowledge level

GETTING BEYOND THE JARGON TO UNDERSTAND SUSTAINABILITY

Breaking down the Complexitiesof Sustainability in Wine
Dig into the different approaches winemakers are taking to farm sustainably. What decisions do they have to make? What impact do these have on the environment & what does it mean for the wine in your glass? Sally shares her personal experience and puts it in the broader context of the Bordeaux region and the Fronsac AOC. This is an interactive session as you delve into 50 shades of green and what it means for you as the consumer.
