The
Château George 7 Experience
At Château George 7, we invite you to slow down and experience Bordeaux differently - in a more personal, meaningful way.
Set in the rolling hills of Fronsac, on Bordeaux's Right Bank and just a short ride from St Emilion - our boutique winery offers an alternative to crowded tastings and hurried itineraries. Here, wine is discovered through conversation and connection.
Château George 7 is ideal for travellers seeking a private, authentic, owner-hosted wine experience near Saint Emilion.
You are welcomed by Sally, the owner of the estate. This is a defining part of the experience and rare in Bordeaux. She shares her passion for the land, the wines, and the realities of life at a working vineyard. Relaxed conversations flow - about winemaking, the seasons, sustainability, or life in the vines and always shaped around your interests.
Whether you are new to Bordeaux or already knowledgeable, the experience is adapted to you - in English or French.
Our experiences are best suited to:
-
Couples, friends, and small private groups
-
Travellers who value privacy, calm, and personal hosting
-
Wine lovers seeking authenticity over formality
-
Guests looking for a quieter alternative to Saint-Émilion’s busier estates
