The Sustainable Vineyard (in English)

Service Description

Understand the different approaches winegrowers and winemakers are taking in the vineyard today. What decisions do they need to make? What impact do they have on the environment and what does it mean for the wine in your glass? Sally will share not only the decisions a winegrower and winemaker needs to make from her personal experience but as an accredited tutor from the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux, she can also put it in the broader context of sustainability in the Bordeaux region and the Fronsac appellation. This will be an interactive session with a healthy debate as you dig into the nuances of 50 shades of green and what it means for you as the consumer. Price includes welcome coffee plus a glass of wine or soft drink during the session. And if one of your party is not interested in joining the workshop, they can relax on the terrace with a good book and a glass of wine.
